You're Bacon Me Crazy!

We obviously love our burgers, so here is my FAVOURITE burger from Grill'd. Now I am not usually a chicken lover, but the chicken burgers at Grill'd really have me salivating. So let me introduce the famous Chicken Caesar's Palace: perfectly grilled chicken, two rashers of bacon, shavings of parmesan cheese, a leaf of cos lettuce, an egg patty and caesar sauce (i.e heaven in the mouth). I normally love anything with bacon, but this burger is so amazing that even if there was no bacon, I would still go crazy over it.

I am just starting to get into sweet potato, but these fries were so crispy and went with the burger so well. I really liked the sauce on the burger, but there was a bit too much for my liking. So I put my mind to work and came up with a creative solution, to use the sauce for my fries (then I had two sauces for my chips!). Everything was pretty much perfect for me, however the bun was a bit hard (that's because it was a ciabatta). Next time I will try a different bun and see how that goes.
