Pumpkin and Zucchini Roll at Library Cafe

I didn't expect to find good quality, gourmet food at a library cafe, but today I struck gold. The pumpkin and Zucchini roll comes on wholegrain bread and is coated in crunchy, toasted pumpkin seeds. Inside the roll is basil pesto, spinach, zucchini and sweet potato - a perfect combination. The roll was toasted and I enjoyed it whilst sitting in the library entrance with some Lemmy lemonade as I crammed for my exam I had in an hours time. My only complaint is that the pumpkin slices were so large that they fell out the side of the roll while I was eating it. However, for just around $6, this lunch is affordable, local and yummy so for all your vegetarians I'd definitely recommend giving it a try.
